The stapling/folding unit, supported by a jogger for stack alignment, drives the booklet creation process. Users can adjust operation speeds to suit their workflow, with two staple heads offering five positions for varied stapling styles, including online saddle, corner, and side stapling. The machine utilizes 5000-staple cartridges for prolonged operation without frequent refills.


Equipped with safety features like a transparent cover that must be closed for operation, the Sprint 5000 ensures user protection. It also includes a conveyor belt for orderly booklet stacking and is designed for commercial use, offering a semi-automatic operation with a production capacity of 1500 booklets per hour.
