Clary Business Machines' return policy is Case-to-Case, as per the issue. If the product is damaged, it’s best to call us at (800) 992-5279 or email us at sales@clarybusinessmachines.com.
All items are to be inspected upon delivery by the customer, and any freight damages are to be marked as 'damaged' on the Bill of Lading (BOL). All returns are subjected to a restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for the return of the product. Items not in the condition of resale after being received by the customer will not apply to a refund.
