MBM ES-5000 Pressure Sealer is a versatile solution designed to streamline high-frequency mail processing and reduce mailing expenses. By efficiently folding and sealing single-sheet mail documents, this pressure sealer eliminates the need for envelopes, saving both time and money.
With a remarkable processing speed of 4,250 sheets per hour, the MBM ES-5000 can handle paper sizes ranging from 6" x 8" to 9 1⁄4" x 14" and paper weights from 24lbs to 80lbs. This broad range of capabilities makes it suitable for various applications such as reports, checks, and forms. The machine's feed tray can accommodate up to 150 sheets at once, ensuring continuous operation, while the exit tray can hold stacks of 200 sealed sheets.
The MBM ES-5000 Pressure Sealer offers four different fold settings (Z, V, C, Double parallel) to cater to common folding requirements. Setting up the machine for the desired fold is made easy with the included guide. Additionally, the Anti-Jam System automatically detects and resolves jams, enhancing operational efficiency. For added convenience, the ES-5000 can also function as a seal-only machine by using the manual feeder for pre-folded forms, bypassing the folding unit.
