The Formax FD 7500-Special 3FB Folder Inserter streamlines the labor-intensive tasks of folding and inserting, offering a seamless solution for various work environments. Featuring up to 11 feed stations, this model stands out for its efficiency and versatility. The color touchscreen control panel enables swift job setup, while the extensive document and envelope library allows for programming unlimited jobs with ease.


Capable of handling up to 10" x 13" landscape format envelopes and processing sets of up to 72 sheets professionally, the Formax FD 7500-Special 3FB Folder Inserter operates at a high speed, folding and inserting up to 6,000 envelopes per hour or 12,000 sheets per hour. With a folding capacity of up to 8 sheets at a time and the ability to apply various fold types efficiently, this machine ensures precise and quick results.


  • Equipped with a Document Feeder and Envelope Feeder, the Formax FD 7500 enhances productivity and reduces errors with intelligent Double Document Detection. The Interactive Display keeps users informed of the process, while the Accumulation/Divert Deck and 4-foot Output Conveyor handle output systematically.
  • The Automatic Document Measurement feature reduces job setup time, and the bottom-feeding system ensures continuous operations. Custom Cabinets and a mobile unit add to user convenience, providing extra storage space and mobility.
