The Formax FD 38Xi Fully Automatic Document Folder delivers high-performance folding at up to 17,000 sheets per hour. Fully automated fold plates provide one-touch setup of 18 pre-programmed or 36 custom folds that can be stored into memory. The FD 38Xi folds up to 500 sheets in as fast as 2 minutes and holds the folded pieces on its patented Telescoping Conveyor System with AutoStack™ fully-automated stacker wheels that eliminate the need to move them by hand when switching paper types.

The large full-color touchscreen control panel utilizes easily-recognized symbols in place of text, allowing operators to walk up and start folding with little to no instruction. The Dedicated Multi-Sheet Feeder comes standard and allows up to 4 stapled or unstapled sheets to be folded at one time. The FD 38Xi can also be combined with the optional V-Stack36i Vertical Stacker, which stacks up to 22" of folded documents for further processing. Built with a drop-in three-roller feed system, noise reduction technology, and UL & CE safety certifications, the FD 38Xi is the premium choice for offices, mailrooms, and print shops.
