Formax AutoSeal FD 2200 Series is a comprehensive lineup of high-quality pressure sealers designed for heavy-duty work environments. This series includes three models for cut-sheet forms: FD 2200, DF 2200-EX, and FD 2250, with feed tray capacities ranging from 500 to 3,500 forms. The FD 2280 model is specifically for continuous forms used with the FD 676 Maxi Burster.
One of the standout features of the Formax AutoSeal FD 2200 series is its remarkable processing speed, capable of handling up to 40,000 sheets per hour, setting a new standard in the industry. It accommodates various paper sizes, with the maximum size reaching 25” x 11.5”. The user-friendly control panel of the Formax AutoSeal System includes a 6-digit counter and options for selecting from 4 pre-programmed folds, custom fold programming, and easy machine adjustments. The memory function stores settings for up to 60 jobs, enabling seamless operation as the machine automatically configures itself for each job.
The AutoSeal FD 2200 series features efficient feed systems such as air feed, pile feed, and continuous form feed, ensuring smooth and error-free sheet feeding into the folding unit. Additionally, innovative features like a fault detector for quick issue resolution, a static eliminator to remove static charge, and a well-designed outfeed for neatly stacking sealed documents enhance the overall user experience.
