Formax Atlas C200 Auto-Feed Paper Creaser is a fully-automatic solution designed to address the issue of cracking in toner-based digital prints. By utilizing a unique creasing matrix, this creaser compresses paper fibers instead of cutting them, effectively eliminating cracks on creased or folded edges. The 7" color touchscreen control panel allows operators to easily set up and save jobs within minutes or choose from six pre-programmed settings. The machine automatically calculates crease positions based on paper size, ensuring precise creasing every time. Additionally, the bottom-suction air feed table enables continuous loading of sheets for increased productivity and accuracy.

This Formax Atlas C200 creaser offers variable speed control to accommodate a wide range of sheet sizes and thicknesses, capable of producing up to 16 creases per sheet. With a processing capacity of up to 8,500 sheets per hour (8.5" x 11") or 11,000 sheets per hour (6.5" x 8.5"), it efficiently handles various workloads. The machine can accommodate sheets up to 27.5" x 19.6" and comes with standard perforating capabilities, offering a selection of perf wheels to suit different applications.
