The Formax Atlas-AS air feed document folder is a paper folding product every high-end organization needs to meet their high volume work requirements.
Atlas-AS boasts the industry-leading specification of a maximum folding speed of 27,000 sheets per hour. Speed can also be adjusted to specific needs, making it suitable for different workloads. Moreover, it comes with six standard folds in letter, legal and ledger paper sizes, which is a great facility for large offices. The LED displays of Atlas-AS allow fine adjustments to be made with accuracy up to 0.1 mm.
The distinguishing feature of Formax Atlast-AS is its air suction feed table that is built to support the exceptional speeds it operates at. It can handle sheets up to 25.5” in length, which can be either coated or non-coated. Furthermore, it also efficiently separates papers bound together by static charge build-ups. Self-alignment before feeding is another one of its impressive qualities, ridding operators of the need to constantly keep a check on the feed unit.
